Help – Got a problem with your purchase history? Here is the solution
1. Make sure that you are logged in to your account.
2. How do I login to my account?
Look at the sidebar on the right. Enter your account username and password. After that press the login button.
3. How about if I forgot my account password.
You can reset your account password. See you on the right sidebar. Press the link “Lost your password?”. After that will show Forgotten Password form. Enter your username or email. Then press the Get New Password.

5. I’ve logged in but I still can not see my files.
